Grant Management

The following materials are intended to help you track the required and recommended steps for grant management throughout the grant period.

How To View Your Grant, Reporting Forms, and Additional Forms in the Submittable Portal

You can view your grant documents at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the Submissions link at the navigation bar at the top left of the page.

  1. Your personal Submissions List is organized into categorized tabs.
  2. Locate the submission you want to view, and click on the name (or number) of the submission.
  3. You’ll be taken to the submission’s details page where you’ll see various tabs for information about your submission:
  • The Activity tab shows any activity associated with that submission, such as any status changes or message notifications.
  • The Messages tab contains a record of messages that have been sent between you and the CMA.
  • The Forms tab shows the content of your original submission, plus any additional forms that have been sent to you in association with your initial submission.
  • The Notes tab enables submitters to make notes to themselves regarding each submission. Please note: the Notes tab is not a communication tool; nothing that a submitter writes here will be seen by the organization.
