Diane Jones’ recent commissions include a setting of Auden’s “September 1, 1939” by tenor Dominick Corbaccio; a full-length ballet by The Syracuse City Ballet; and scoring the 1919 silent film “The Doll” by the Syracuse International Film Festival. Her music is heard on releases from the London Symphony Orchestra, Trio Casals; trombonist Haim Avitsur, and Samba Laranja. She has also completed 5 residencies in Syracuse-area middle schools.

Diane is the mid-day host and Program Manager on WCNY-FM, and host and producer of “Feminine Fusion.”

Diane performs regularly with Samba Laranja, the Central New York Flute Choir (contrabass), and is a core member of the 315 Ensemble.
