“One of the UK’s liveliest music forces” (The Times), violinist Madeleine Mitchell, award winning former Fulbright Fellow to NY, has performed as a chamber musician in 50 countries from classics to many works written for her, with regular USA tours. A celebrated creative director and an engaging speaker, regularly broadcast, she founded the London Chamber Ensemble in 1992, performing at many festivals including the BBC Proms, and since 2019 with a permanent core string quartet.
