Andrea Rush

I graduated from the Conservatoire de Musique with a certificat d’etudes theoriques, as a piano student, and went on to McGill  University in Montreal to complete a B.Mus. in music history and L.Mus. in piano performance, with double bass as second instrument. Since then I have studied cello as a serious amateur for decades, and played in local community orchestras in Toronto, Canada. I now study viola. To continue piano as a serious amateur, I attended several sessions of the Toronto Summer Music program and audited masterclasses at the RCM,
