Marta Bagratuni is an acclaimed NYC-based cellist, born in Ukraine and raised in the U.S. She made her concert debut at 5 and her orchestral debut at 12. Marta has performed as a soloist with numerous orchestras and held principal roles with the Aspen Festival Orchestra and the University of Michigan Symphony. A sought-after musician, she made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2012 and has collaborated with Miley Cyrus, Mark Ronson, and Ingrid Michaelson. She has appeared on Tiny Desk, Colbert, and the MTV VMAs, and contributed to film scores, including Clint Eastwood’s Juror No. 2. Also a singer, actor, and filmmaker, she co-hosts Gag Economy and performs 200+ shows annually with the Candlelight Concert Series.
