David Fetter

David Fetter is a composer, conductor and publisher in retirement after a career as orchestral trombonist, teacher and conservatory administrator. His compositions and arrangements, primarily for brass instruments, are performed by students and professionals around the world. He is a Board member of Community Concerts at Second in Baltimore, Maryland. He has also composed for solo voice and secular anthems for chorus.
