Now celebrating our 25th Anniversary Season, the Wet Ink Ensemble is a collective of composers, improvisers, and interpreters committed to presenting innovative performances, with a focus on promoting and organizing adventurous American music. Founded in 1998, and named “The Best Classical Music Ensemble of 2018” by The New York Times, Wet Ink’s work is rooted in an ethos of innovation through collaboration. Our mission is to present a broad range of compelling contemporary music at the highest artistic level – working closely with composers on developing new work, collaborating with visionary performers and ensembles, and advocating for emerging and underrepresented artists.
