Lily White a composer and Saxophone player living in NYC. She has numerous recordings of her original music featuring her quintet. Over the last few years, she has curated an outdoor jazz concert series in South Brooklyn and begun touring with her latest quintet in order to promote her latest recording, “Daughter of Fortune.” Her music is fresh and varied, drawing on the past while venturing into new territories. Her preference is through-composed music with a lot of room for improvisation.
