Kate Stenberg

Violinist Kate Stenberg is a leading interpreter of contemporary chamber music, “highly virtuosic and deeply communicative…” NewMusicBox. She has been commissioning and premiering new work by composers from around the globe for the past three decades. She performs regularly with pianist Sarah Cahill. The Stenberg|Cahill Duo is committed to promoting and expanding American experimental chamber music. Kate Stenberg also works with violinist Irene Sazer, together they have created The Mycos Project whose mission is to expand awareness about climate change through the arts, ecological sciences and Indigenous practice.
