Music of Remembrance

​​​​​​​Music of Remembrance is a performing arts organization focused on human rights and social justice. Founded in 1998, it has evolved from an initial focus on Holocaust remembrance to honoring the resilience of all people excluded or persecuted for their faith, ethnicity, gender or sexuality.
MOR is admired around the world for its leadership in commissioning and premiering new works by leading composers, including chamber ensembles, song cycles, choral works, dance music, film scores, musical dramas, and full-length operas. MOR has produced online concerts, nine CDs, two DVDs, three documentary films, and outreach programs.
