Steve Antosca

Steve Antosca’s music has been described as “spectacular, wonderfully provocative”, “formidable” and “a fascinating dance between human players and their electronic ghosts.”

Antosca’s commissions/awards include Bourges International, Chamber Music America, Harvard Fromm Music Foundation, Georgetown Orchestra, Kennedy Center, Library of Congress McKim Fund, Meet the Composer, National Academy of Music International Prize for Excellence in Composition, National Endowment for the Arts, Philips Collection, US Dept. of Education.

His compositions, recordings and writings are archived by the Library of Congress. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Music Composition from Peabody Conservatory Johns Hopkins University.
