Duo M

Duo M represents the meeting of two like-minded Canadian artists, violinist Violaine Melançon and pianist Meagan Milatz, wishing to bring a sense of curiosity, exploration and discovery to the concert stage. Violaine and Meagan have discovered a shared strong desire for authenticity in every way, from their interaction with the audience to their lively, imaginative and fresh interpretations. Their aim as a Duo is to create a narrative dialogue between pieces from a wide range of compositional voices programmed in a thoughtful and unusual way, through which they can create a deep and exciting listening experience for the audience.
