Quintet Attacca

Founded in 1999, and Grand Prize Winner/Wind Division Gold Medal Winner of the 2002 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, Quintet Attacca is one of Chicago’s most dynamic chamber music ensembles.  Quintet Attacca is proud to be in residence at the Music Institute of Chicago, where they perform engaging formal and family concerts, interactive concerts in the public schools, and they teach chamber music, lessons, and their annual chamber music retreat for adults of all levels. Performing throughout the Midwest, Quintet Attacca demonstrates innovative programming by presenting concerts that are both accessible and cutting-edge. Programs include Classical, Romantic, jazz, Latin, and pieces by many of today’s leading composers.
