Trumpet player/composer/pianist in the Jazz Idiom. Released 6 CD’s: Michael Morreale Vol. 1 – Love and Influence (all original material – 2016), Vol 2 – MilesSong (music of Miles Davis – 2017), Vol 3 – Stories of Recent Vintage (all original material – 2019), Vol 4 – August 17th (music of Charlie Parker, Johnny Mandel, Michael Morreale – 2022) – two recent releases Vol 5 – Power Trio (jazz and song standards) and Vol VI – The Piano Album (featuring Morreale on piano – solo/trio) . Also an educator, Director of Jazz Studies at The College of Staten Island (CUNY) – Lecturer of Music from 2009 to retirement August 2024.
